The “Auberge Tivoujar” is located 3 km from Atar on the road to Nouakchott.

 




The inn is divided into three different communicating parts.



The inn is also fully-equipped to cater for disabled people.

First part (maximum of 8 people)
This is a modern Mauritanian house including :
- four bedrooms, one of which has a shower and toilet
- a shower and toilet to be shared by the three remaining rooms
- a kitchen
- a spacious living room.
This house is fully-equipped and suitable for families and/or VIPs.


The courtyard in front of the house is equipped with a big Mauritanian-type tent

At the back of the house, there is a completely separate camping area with 15 two-person tents complete with camp beds, sheets and blankets.

Second part (maximum of 51 people)

A traditional inn with 3 tents (12 people)
9 Tikkit (18 people) with shared toilet and shower
7 studio flats (21 people) with personal toilets and showers






Third part (maximum of 8 people)
This part of the inn is currently being finalised
It will be equipped with 3 huts including personal showers and toilets (2 have already finished and were used last season)
These huts are suitable for people in wheelchairs.

A 15 x 8 m pool is currently being built behind these huts.
In front of these huts, there is a camping area for 4 big tents housing 12 people each.
